Luminous Trading Intelligence (“Luminous,” “we,” “our”) is a trading intelligence and market analysis platform. Luminous provides daily market analysis, instrument rankings, session intelligence, economic event awareness, and historical performance data for educational and informational purposes.
Luminous does not execute trades, manage funds, provide personalised financial advice, or act as a broker or financial intermediary.
Access to Luminous requires registration via Telegram or email. Your account is personal and non-transferable. Each account supports one active device session at a time. Activating your account on a new device will end sessions on previously active devices.
Luminous offers multiple access tiers (Basic, Pro, Elite). Feature availability varies by tier. We reserve the right to modify tier features, pricing, and availability. Promotional access (including free Basic access) may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse of the platform, or share account credentials. Suspended accounts lose access to all Luminous features.
All intelligence content, analysis, rankings, LDR narratives, and visual materials produced by Luminous are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell Luminous content without written permission. Screenshots shared via the built-in share feature are permitted for personal, non-commercial use.
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. We aim to provide continuous access to the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Intelligence updates follow market hours and may be delayed during weekends, holidays, or technical maintenance. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions or delayed data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminous and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on its content, or trading decisions made based on information provided.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
