- Telegram identity: Your Telegram user ID, first name, and username (when you register via Telegram).
- Phone number: Provided during Telegram registration via the “Share My Phone Number” flow.
- Email address: If you register via email instead of Telegram.
- Name: As provided during registration.
- Country: If provided during registration.
- Usage preferences: Your selected UI mode (Simple/Advanced) and trader persona.
- Journal entries: Trade records you manually enter into the journal feature.
2. What We Do Not Collect
- We do not access your trading accounts or broker data.
- We do not collect payment information (no payment processing is currently active).
- We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
- We do not collect device fingerprints or hardware identifiers.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Authentication: To verify your identity and provide access to the platform.
- Intelligence delivery: To deliver signal alerts via Telegram (for subscribed tiers).
- Personalisation: To remember your UI preferences and display mode.
- Platform improvement: To understand how features are used and improve the product.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored on servers hosted in Singapore. Access is restricted to platform administrators. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and httpOnly authentication cookies.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is used exclusively for operating the Luminous platform.
6. Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data will be removed. Anonymised intelligence data (signal outcomes, accuracy statistics) may be retained for platform improvement.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via Telegram support. We will respond to data requests within a reasonable timeframe.
